SOLO ACCOUNTING - BETA LICENSE AND TERMS

1. Permission to use. Hendercap LLC gives you a free, non-exclusive,
   non-transferable permission to install and use this beta version of
   Solo Accounting on your own computers to keep books for your own business
   and to evaluate it. You may not sell it, rent it, or share modified
   copies of it. Point others to hendercap.com to get their own copy.

2. Beta software. This is a beta: it may contain errors, and features may
   change or be removed. Keep your own copies of your statements and
   records, keep backups, and check important numbers against your bank and
   card statements.

3. Not advice. Solo Accounting is a bookkeeping tool. It does not provide
   tax, legal, accounting or financial advice, does not compute taxes owed,
   and does not file anything with any government. Decisions about your
   taxes are yours and your tax preparer's.

4. Your data. The app runs on your computer and stores your books there.
   Hendercap LLC does not receive, collect or have access to your data.
   The installer downloads the Node.js runtime from nodejs.org; the app
   itself makes no other network connections.

5. No warranty. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY
   KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF
   MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. Limitation of liability. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, IN NO
   EVENT SHALL HENDERCAP LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, LOST DATA,
   LOST PROFITS, TAXES, PENALTIES OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR IN
   CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR ITS USE.

7. Third-party software. The app runs on Node.js, which is downloaded from
   nodejs.org during install and is licensed separately by the OpenJS
   Foundation and Node.js contributors.
